Logging on remotely
1. Dial remote access number
0800 1528 1651 (landline)
020 2721 2651 (mobile)
For mobiles, you’ll incur a charge from your network provider for the call to the department but the follow on calls will not be charged for.
2. Enter your extension number followed by *
3. Enter your normal hot-desking PIN (the default is 1234) followed by #
4. After you hear a dial tone you will receive incoming calls to your extension via your landline or mobile. It won’t affect any usual calls coming through to you home phone/mobile.
Making a call remotely
1. Dial 0800 152 8651 (landline) or 020 2721 1651 (mobile) and wait for dial tone.
2. Internal ACME numbers – dial the four digit extension number.
External numbers – dial 9 followed by full telephone number.
Logging off remotely
1. Dial remote access number
0800 152 8651 (landline)
020 272 1651 (mobile)
2. After the dial tone, enter # * 49. You’re then logged out.
