2. Repayment
Your advance will be paid back by monthly deductions to your salary.
The repayment period will last for:
- the period covered by the season ticket eg 12 months for an annual season ticket
- 12 months for a bike loan, unless your contract is for less than a year, in which case the repayment period will last for the period of your contract
The first deduction will be made from your salary in the month in which you apply for, and receive, the loan.
You must repay any outstanding balance if you:
- leave the civil service
- give up your season ticket
- dispose of your bike for any reason
