Overview

You are responsible for your own performance and development but you will be helped by activity managers and by your development manager.

Your activity managers should give you a clear understanding of what you are being asked to do. They should help you to meet your SMART objectives and will help you to identify areas for development.

Your development manager will help you to develop more broadly over a longer period of time. He or she should meet with you regularly and will give you an overview of your progress.
