Overview

You can set up a simple conference call for up to six numbers from your phone. For more than six numbers, use BT MeetMe.

Press the button with the handset symbol, then dial 9 and the number you’re calling.

Up to six numbers

1. Dial the number of the first person.
2. Explain that you need to put them on hold – press the TRANSFER or R (recall) button – while you make the next connection
3. Dial 9 and the next number
4. Explain that you are about to put the person into the conference call and dial TRANSFER or R * 4
