End-year review reports due 29 March

Just a reminder that all end-year review reports are due to HR by Friday 29 March.

You may want to use IT down-time on Thursday 28 March to write reports.

Please send completed Performance and Development form to HR.

If sending electronically, please ensure that the form has been signed by the employee and Countersigning Officer and is sent from the Development Managers email account (if not also signed by the DM). Forms sent by the employee that are unsigned by the Development Manager and Countersigning Officer won’t be accepted.
