Do a desk assessment Task

Use the AssessRite online tool to make sure your workstation is set up appropriately, helping avoid long term issues such as repetitive strain injury (RSI).

• the Display Screen Equipment (DSE) online training and self-assessment takes about 25 minutes
• if you haven’t received your username and password by email or have lost the email contact dse.assessment@acme.com
• complete the training once every 3 years, and the short self-assessment annually – you’ll be sent automated reminders

If you are suffering pain or discomfort associated with your DSE or workstation complete the online training and assessment straightaway and request a personal one-to-one desk assessment using the facilities helpdesk.
