Building facilities guide Guide

Overview

The main building is staffed from 7am to 8pm. For access to the building at any other time use the buzzer outside and a security guard will open the door for you. If you use the entrance out of hours you will have to sign in and out.

Wear your pass at all times in the building. You will need it to get in and out and also to buy food and drink. Don’t wear your pass outside of the building.

Meeting room facilities

There are four meeting rooms on the 4th floor for ACME use only. Book these using the meeting room booking system.

You can book other meeting rooms through the Clarissa system on  Bookeroo. Rooms hold between 4 and 20 people. There’s a 200 capacity auditorium. Cancel a room booking if you no longer need it, demand is high. When asked for your cost centre quote ‘ACME’.

There are other meeting spaces you don’t need to book: break out areas, café space and freestanding pods – good for short, informal meetings.

Audiovisual facilities

Some meeting rooms have audiovisual facilities including:

  • visual or audio conference call phones
  • video or PC projectors
  • DVD players
  • white boards and flip charts

You need to book these through the Clarissa booking system on Bookeroo and need to add an extra 30 minutes at the beginning and at the end of your booking slot.
