2. Access your messages

On site

1. Double click on the voicemail email in your Outlook inbox.
2. Click on the Play button, on the screen that pops up.
3. Your phone will ring – pick it up and the voice mail message will be automatically played to you.
4. Replay the message using the icons on the pop up screen if you need to listen again.

Or access your voicemail messages directly from your handset – dial 666 and enter your password.

Off site

1. Dial 0800 119 5012
2. Enter # and your extension number
3. Enter your security code.
4. The system will counts the number of voicemail messages you have.
5. Then you can listen to your messages.
