Always contact IS Division if you intend to use your laptop or BlackBerry outside of the EU, they will advise on whether your laptop can be taken to that country.
You should give as much notice as possible, as alternatives may have to be found to provide a working solution.
There maybe occations where due to national regulations on cryptography that a solution cannjot be found.
