Submit an overtime claim Task
To submit an overtime claim, follow these steps:
1) Log on to Oracle using your username and password
2) Select ‘ACME Employee Self-service’
3) Select the Overtime Claim,
4) Select Overtime Type, Date and Units (minutes or hours) and submit for approval.
5) Your line manager will authorize the claim and it will be attached to your payroll record.
6) Your overtime will be paid in the current month’s payroll if this is entered by the monthly deadline to meet the payroll run date.
You cannot enter multiple Timecard periods in one go. If necessary, re-enter the overtime screen and make entries for another Timecard period.
Make sure you enter all claims in one transaction and by the monthly payroll closedown date.
