3. Misconduct
If for any reason you do not comply with the standards of conduct which the department expects of you, your managers will consider whether to take disciplinary action against you.
ACME does not tolerate any forms of unacceptable behaviour. Discrimination, harassment and bullying and any breach of policy will be treated as a disciplinary matter.
