Report an IT problem Task

Dial x6101 (internal) or 0845 773 6211 (external and Private Office) to log a call with the ATOS IT Service Help Desk.

You will need to give your:

  • contact number and name
  • login ID
  • PC asset number – five figure number on a blue sticker under the lid of your laptop
  • location

IT will give you a call reference number. Write this down as you’ll need to quote it on follow up calls.  A member of the support team will call you back to resolve your IT problem.

  • Service Hours: support is available from 08:00 to 18:00
  • Call Logging is available 24hrs, 7 days a week
