Publications guide Guide

2. Accessibility and printing

Accessibility and alternative formats

Make sure people with disabilities can understand, navigate, and interact with your document. To do this, follow accessibility guidelines for presentation, structure and images.

To produce your document in alternative formats, for example braille, easy read, audio and language translations, contact Strategic Communications. These are subject to request due to the costs involved.

Printing

Keep in mind that increasingly publications are published online only. Contact Strategic Communications to arrange large print runs or glossy documents printed by a professional printer.

Distribution

Make sure your document reaches its audience. Email or send hard copies to stakeholders and partners.

Encourage partners and ALBs to link to your publication from their website, e-communications and social media.
