4. Setting up a job-share
First discuss with your manager – and mention if you’ve already found someone happy to job-share with you. If they agree your job is suitable they will discuss it with DART .
If you’ve found someone to job-share with and you want to apply together for a post, you’ll both need to complete an application form. Make it clear you’re applying on a job-sharing basis. You’ll be interviewed separately.
Be prepared to tell potential line managers how your job-share will work – outline how your strengths and experience complement each other.
