2. Logging in for the first time

You will receive a password by email. Your login ID is your 6 digit staff ID. If you forget your password use the ‘Login Assistance’ function on the Log in page. This will generate an email link to reset your password.

Your account will lock after 3 failed attempts, contact the support team if this happens.

When you first log in Oracle will ask you to change your password. Once logged in check the following information is correctly held:

Personal information (you can change)

  • basic details
  • phone numbers
  • address details
  • emergency and other contacts

HR information (HR can change)

  • job details
  • supervisor
  • salary
  • diversity information
  • leave of absence
  • sickness history
  • annual leave balance (net entitlement)
