• complete a user account request form
• only ACME encrypted USB memory/data sticks can be used on ACME laptops
• no other personal devices can be attached to the ACME network
• ACME data sticks do not work on Apple equipment
• sticks are encrypted to reduce the risk of information being accessed if lost or stolen
• if lost or stolen, complete a loss of IT equipment form and return to IT
