- read the Security policy on using data/memory sticks
- complete a user account request form
- only ACME encrypted USB memory/data sticks can be used on ACME laptops
- no other personal devices can be attached to the ACME network
- ACME data sticks do not work on Apple equipment
- sticks are encrypted to reduce the risk of information being accessed if lost or stolen
- if lost or stolen, complete a loss of IT equipment form and return to IT
