Overview
- delete emails regularly
- save emails you need to keep to DocStore
- save or delete attachments
- delete emails straightaway if your mailbox capacity is full, as you will not be able to send emails
- if you’re unsure of your mailbox size, click the File tab and check your Mailbox Cleanup tools under Info – IS will not increase box sizes.
