Overview

We hot-desk. There is a 7:10 desk ratio, allocated on a first come, first serve basis. You can also:

• use the study booths on the 4^th floor and the communal areas in the whole building
• access wi-fi on the 4^th floor to use your laptop without a docking station
• access wi-fi in most of the Horse Guards Road part of the building including the restaurant, café and meeting rooms

Most desks have power points.

Working from home

You can work from home some of the time. Send the IT team an email from your activity manager giving their agreement, and IT will enable your laptop for remote working.
