2. Join the Cycle to Work scheme

  1. Choose the bike shop you’d like to get your bike from:
  1. Choose the bike and/or equipment you would like to buy and get a quote.
  2. Select voucher amount to cover full retail cost of bike and safety accessories. Vouchers cover £250 up to £1,000 (inclusive of VAT).
  3. Follow the next steps for the company you went through:
Cyclescheme Evans cycles
Submit voucher request online.
When buying quote the following employer code: 10s6p		 Email the voucher request form to HR
HR authorises or declines request, after checking eligibility criteria. HR authorises or declines request, after checking eligibility criteria.
Cyclescheme invoice ACME for voucher amount and send voucher to HR. HR asks Evans Cycles for voucher. Voucher is sent to HR and Evans Cycles invoice ACME for the voucher amount.
HR download the Hire Agreement – once signed the voucher is given to you. HR issue the Hire Agreement– once signed the voucher is given to you.
Voucher redeemed in one of Cyclescheme’s partner stores. Voucher redeemed in store or through the mail order service.
