Book annual leave Task
Check your dates with your line manager, then enter your leave on Oracle. Follow these steps:
1. Log on to Oracle using your username and password
2. Select ‘ACME Employee Self-service’
3. Select ‘My Leave of Absence’
4. Select ‘Create Absence’
5. Enter your leave details and submit to Manager for approval by clicking ‘Next’.
6. Your line manager will authorise your leave which will then show as confirmed. If your line manager doesn’t action the request within 5 days, it will be forwarded to their manager for approval.
You can change your leave but changes cannot be made retrospectively, after the date has passed. Contact Oracle if you have entered past leave incorrectly.
