Speak to your line manager about your preferred working arrangement  and the scope to work flexibly  Once you have agreed a work pattern agree with your manager how best to monitor this. 

If you are using the flexible working hours scheme and you build up flexi credit (or debit) keep a record of hours worked using the . All absences must be approved by managers. A maximum carry-over of up to 2 standard days can be authorised by managers when staff have worked for longer than their conditioned hours.  Excess hours above this limit will normally be lost.
