Contact the Digital Communications Team. Tell them:

• what you would like recorded, eg a speech
• why it’s of special public interest
• date and time
• which ACME policy it is connected to

If you already have a sound recording, send it to the digital team, who will be able to decide whether it’s suitable for publishing. Include the details above.
