Content from the intranet guidance section is vectorised and embedded in the vector database. Questions from the How do I? page are matched to the pages in the vector database, and the large language model provides an answer based on the question and retrieved pages.
There are also AI tools for editors. An OCR tool allows editors to extract text from images and PDF documents. And a content rewriter tool can be trained to rewrite content in your house style, for example, or remove annoying span tags from pasted HTML.
